Good to know
- Minimum booking: 2 hours per assignment.
- Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays: €45/hour all day (evening rate) – also applies to day and multi-day packages (half day €210, full day €405, long day €485; a weekend/holiday day within a multi-day package is charged with a €135 surcharge).
- Siblings: each additional child from the same family cared for at the same time +€15/hour or +€50 per day or multi-day package.
- No travel costs.
- Care at your home or at mine – we agree on the address individually.
- Full payment in advance when booking, via Stripe or PayPal.
All prices are exempt from VAT under §19 of the German VAT Act (Kleinunternehmerregelung – small business regulation).

Frequently asked questions
How do we adapt care to my child's needs?
Before the first care session, we discuss your child's daily routine, how to stay in touch and any important arrangements. During care, Florida adapts to your child's age and needs.
How can I pay?
Payment is made in full in advance as part of the online booking – by card (via Stripe, incl. Apple Pay/Google Pay) or via PayPal. Once payment has been received you will get a confirmation email.
How short-notice can I request care?
Short-notice and spontaneous requests are possible. Get in touch by email or phone as early as you can so a suitable time can be arranged.
Are there packages for several days in a row?
Yes: a 3-day package (3 × full day, €750) and a weekly package (5 full days on any five consecutive days, €1,200) cover longer periods of care, for example during business trips.
Does Florida also offer night or 24-hour care?
Yes, night and 24-hour care are available in principle. Because the effort involved varies a lot case by case, the price is set individually on request.
