Who I am
My name is Florida Hasani. I am a trained childcare worker and early childhood educator, and I look after children and teenagers aged 0 to 16 in Cologne and the surrounding area – from a single babysitting hour to multi-day full-day care.
To me, childcare is more than supervision: children should feel safe and taken seriously with me, and parents should be able to truly relax during that time.
Training and qualification
- Training as a childcare worker (Kinderpflegerin)
- Training as an early childhood educator (Erzieherin)
Both qualifications provide a solid grounding in child development, pedagogy and everyday care for children of different ages – the foundation of my work as a self-employed childcare provider in Cologne.
How we plan your child's care together
Every child and every family is different. That's why I discuss the key points with parents before the first booking: daily routine, anything specific about the child, how to reach me, and an emergency contact.
During care, I adapt to the child's age and needs – from calm, close support for toddlers, to help with homework, to more independent activities with older children and teenagers.
Reliability matters to me: agreed times and arrangements are kept, and I'm reachable if questions come up.
